Sunday School and Wednesday Evening Programming for Youth
St. Augustine’s is pleased to offer a nursery program for infants through age 3, and educational programming for children from ages 3 through high school. At the present time, we offer educational programs on Sunday morning and Wednesday evenings.
On Sunday mornings, children gather at 10:15 a.m. for music and opening in the Fellowship Hall, then go to their classrooms at 10:30 am where the elementary grades use a curriculum called Seasons of the Spirit. It is a lectionary-based curriculum and the children in all three classes are using a version adapted for their age level. For more information about the Seasons of the Spirit curriculum, please follow this link: Seasons of the Spirit
Older youth (middle and high school students) meet for a Bible study in the Fellowship Hall.
All students return to the worship service during the Passing of the Peace, so they may celebrate the Eucharist and the rest of the worship service with their families.

Wednesday Evening Programs for Youth
The older youth meet for Youth Group on Wednesday evenings. They participate in a variety of activities: Bible study, seasonal projects, preparation for leading Vacation Bible School for the younger children, and selected service projects.
All adults who work with the nursery, the children’s and the youth programs have been trained in the "Safeguarding God’s People Program" required by the Episcopal Church.
